Here's where you can search for products by your operating system, and then by age. See instructions below if you need help figuring out what processor you are using. Rest assured, we stand behind everything we sell, so if for some crazy reason it doesn't work on your system, we'll make it right. We want this to be easy!
Note: All products in our store should work on an XP system with 32-bit processor. If you have the rare 64-bit version of XP, search in the Vista 64-bit category to find your product.

How to find out if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system

Computer Running Windows XP |

Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.

If "x64 Edition" is listed under System, you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows XP.

If you don’t see "x64 Edition" listed under System, you’re running the 32-bit version of Windows XP.
The edition of Windows XP you're running is displayed under System near the top of the window. |

Computer Running Windows Vista or Windows 7 |

Click the Start/(Windows Flag) button at the bottom left of your screen , right-click Computer, and then click Properties.

If "64-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.

If "32-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you’re running the 32-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7. |
